International participants are required to possess valid passports to enter China. Participants from certain countries need visas to enter the country. International participants, in principle, are required to possess appropriate visas issued by a Chinese diplomatic or consular mission at the point of origin or en route prior to entering China.

 

China will impose a special visa policy during the Olympic period (July to September, 2008). CCPIT will send an invitation letter and arrange to get visa notice sheet for visa processing in due time and courier the original copy to each applicant. In light to that, participants are advised to register online for the AEBF 11 though www.aebf11.org as early as possible. Participants are also advised to check with the nearest Chinese diplomatic or consular representation for information on visa requirements.
